The Garden |
From our lovely breakfast terrace you have a spectacular view over the large swimming saltwater pool which is situated in an acre of parkland. Your outlook is over the horsefields , the vineyards and right down to the ever changing view of the Rio de la Plata.
We grow all our organic fruit on our land like grapefruits lemons, oranges, peaches, apricots, plums, apples, pears and nuts. Every year we battle and share our fruit with the lorros (green parrots) who love our fruit as much as we do !
Gondwana is an excellent place for birding; if you are not already a birdwatcher, it is very easy to become one here! You can’t help noticing and loving the wonderful variety of birds which have their homes in the huge eucalyptus , cork oaks, jacarandàs, cacaos, mimosa and acacia trees. Colibris flirt around the jasmine and bougainvillea shrubs.
The highlight of the evenings are the memorable sunsets over the river Plato with the background of the skyline of Buenos Aires.
