How is wine produced? |
Andy loves to share his knowledge of wine making and would like to pass his skills on to all oenophiles (wine lovers) Therefore the idea was born to create workshops to an introduction of wine making. These will take place during the month of March – the harvesting time of the grapes.
Theory should not be the main topic of the course – we envisage a practical workshop with hands on. Producing your own wine should mean fun, excitement and be a sensuous experience to everyone.
